The Roadshow provides quality interactive learning experiences in science, technology and innovation to New Zealanders. It has been doing so continuously since the first Science Roadshow 'hit the road' in 1988.
NZ’s premiere hands-on science education programme. Live shows, hands-on exhibits and teacher resources that broaden student knowledge and experience; connecting with science and technology and the world around them.
$9 per student, accompanying teachers and adults free.
In light of the increasing restrictions being implemented around the response to COVID-19, the Science Roadshow has resolved to suspend its hands-on delivery into schools for the time being. This is effective from Monday 23 March until further notice. Affected schools will be contacted.
This decision hasn't been made lightly, but the safety and wellbeing of our communities and our staff is our utmost priority. We look forward to returning to your region and of being of service to you again in the near future.
Please take care of yourselves and each other. He waka eke noa — we are all in this together.
